Simona has partnered with Lucas since the inception of LR Pardo & Associates, largely taking the administrative and financial reins and growing into HR as the company grew from a one-man band to the company it is today, employing full-time civil and environmental engineers and technical, administrative staff.
Simona has a varied background, completing her BA (Hons) in Japanese, working initially in translation and editing, in Japan and running an office in Hong Kong before coming home to start her own family and business shortly after in event management.
She is passionate about waste reduction and recycling.
