Lucas presented on pavements at the International Conference on Recent Innovations in Engineering and Technology in Helsinki – “Rehabilitation Treatment of Rural Roads in Victoria using Cement Stabilisation and Granular Overlays”, and learnt much at the World Congress on Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering, Barcelona.
