Xing “Josh” Zhao joined Pardo Engineering in 2020 after completing his Master of Engineering Science degree in Water, Wastewater and Environmental Engineering at the University of New South Wales. Josh provides expert advice, inspections and testing in both geotechnical and environmental projects, as well as geotechnical and pavement investigations.
