Tom Hourigan

Western Region Team Leader

Tom has been working at Pardo Engineering since 2017, when he started as an undergraduate engineer. Since graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from Swinburne University, Tom has gained expertise in project management, proposal writing, technical reporting, geotechnical investigation, geo-environmental investigation, pavement investigation and design, soil testing, traffic management planning, and slope stability assessment. He is currently the Western Region Team Leader and works predominantly out of our Truganina office.

In addition to his professional experience, Tom has volunteered as a Bronze Medallion Lifesaver at the Sandringham Lifesaving Club since 2016.
